You're Not Broken. You May Be Standing at the Edge of Change.

Hello and welcome,

It’s been a while since I’ve communicated through email and social media, and I’m thrilled to be back.

Over the past three years, my coaching work continued, but I stepped away from being visible while I moved through my own period of growth, reflection, and integration.

Giving myself permission to turn inward was one of the greatest gifts I could have given myself.

Now I’m back and grateful to share some of the insights that emerged along the way.

I hope this serves as a reminder that it’s okay to give yourself the time and space to care for yourself as deeply as you care for others.

Looking back, every challenge has led to a transformation I wouldn’t trade for anything.

Some are minor shifts.

Others have changed the course of my life.

These shifts often begin with that old, familiar feeling that rolls in like fog.

I start to realize something isn’t working.

Not in a dramatic, obvious way.

But quietly… persistently…

something feels off.

I find myself going through the motions.

Holding everything together.

But inside, I feel disconnected from myself.

I feel like I'm playing a role to feel safe and protected.

But it's not me.

It's a version of myself I created to survive.

Eventually, that tension builds to a point where I can’t ignore it anymore.

My internal dialogue?

This isn’t right.

This isn’t ME.

I rebel against the version of myself that’s been trying to fit into something that no longer feels right.

The life I've been carefully holding together feels as though it’s coming apart.

Instead of tightening my grip on what feels familiar and safe, I sit with discomfort.

I allow the wisdom within the pain to guide me.

I let myself burst open.

The parts of me I’ve kept in line…the parts that conformed to fit in…the parts that tried to do everything “right”.

This is where the shadow shows itself.

Not as something to fix or push away—but as something that holds truth.

And when those truths are finally seen instead of suppressed…something begins to shift.

What emerges from the shift is clarity.

But the next step—the deeper step—is trust.

Learning how to fully trust what I’m hearing…and allowing that wisdom to lead the way.

What began as a personal journey became something I feel deeply called to share.

It eventually became the foundation of the coaching work I offer today.

What I’ve lived and learned isn’t meant to stay with me.

It’s meant to be passed on.

At the heart of this work is something simple.

Our emotions carry information.

They reveal what’s beneath the surface—what’s shaping our choices, our patterns, and how we move through life.

When we slow down enough to listen, instead of pushing through, something begins to emerge.

Clarity.

And with clarity comes the ability to move forward with greater confidence, focus, and trust.

This is the foundation of the coaching work I offer.

My approach is direct, practical, and focused on lasting change.

Not endless overthinking.

Not quick fixes.

Real conversations that help you move forward.
